Team Parsons was top-notch, taking care of ALLLL the details in a fantastic turnkey approach! As a daughter who lives out-of-state, they stepped in locally to be a knowledgeable partner on the process, getting my mother moved from her home into a senior community (even setting up/unpacking some personal items on arrival)! They also handled the estate sale and the many details surrounding listing/selling the house with great efficiency and a strong sense of empathy during these tough days following my father’s passing. Jeff acted as single point of contact, a definite stress reducer and time saver with the process.. and DocuSign worked GREAT across the miles for this transaction! We also made great use of FaceTime, allowing me to actively join in their initial meetings with my mom from afar. Jeff and Karen were personable and extremely easy to work with, patiently answering every question. Team Parsons operates with a very high sense of urgency and follow-through, with clear and frequent communication, and the highest of ethics.
