Our Story
We started our downsizing model/business in 2016 after realizing there was such a need for our services yet nobody was providing them as a whole.
Karen has worked in the senior living industry in various capacities for years and found that seniors often put off a move because the thought of dealing with their things and home was so overwhelming that they would just shut down. Like a lot of us would regardless of our age.
Families often don't live locally or are overwhelmed with the emotions of their parent's need for a move.
We knew what was needed was a business that provided all of these services under one umbrella instead of piecing them together with referrals to organizers, estate sale companies, cleaning services and realtors. That's a lot of calls to make!
Jeff has been an active realtor for over 28 years and has a wealth of knowledge that only experience can bring.
Together we decided to join forces and create the business model we have today.
We also recognized that often their home is the largest or only asset they have and that after paying the fees and initial rent to move into senior living, they didn't have the funds left to cover the costs of the services they need, so we took our business model and made it even more accessible by providing many of our services for free.
We are passionate about serving and honoring all of our seniors and we have a special place in our hearts for our veterans.
