We create a customized move plan based on your needs and timeline.​

Most of our clients choose to move before their home is listed for sale so that they don't have to leave for showings or worry about tidying up because a realtor wants to bring their buyers by at a certain time.

However, if you do choose to stay in your home until it sells we can talk about how we can manage that creatively.​​​

We will help you decide what you would like to take to your new place and pack your things as if they are our own. And we supply the packing materials!

Usually we have 2 people helping during this process. One person is helping you decide what you want to bring and the other is packing those items.  We never want you to feel  rushed so we do this at your pace. Often our clients find things in a closet or cupboard that they forgot they had!

We typically pack one room at a time to keep things organized.  When we are packing, we leave the items you aren't bringing in the closet or cupboard they are currently in until we start set up for your estate sale. 

We will pay attention to every detail so that you feel comfortable in your surroundings. We have moved several clients to the majority of senior living communities in the area, so often we already know the layout of your cottage or apartment. We use the same movers so they know how we like them to load the truck. They load your bed, bedding and TV last so they come off the truck first. We make sure your bed is ready and your cable is set up and ready to go so that you can relax and unwind at the end of the day.

Once your home has been cleared out, we will go through and do a detailed clean so that your house will be ready for pictures and showings to new buyers.  

We cover professional pictures and video so that your home is advertised and shown in the best light.
